Introduction
Dr. Tianjiao Qiu is associate professor of Marketing at California State University, Long Beach. She received her Doctoral degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She has previously taught at Zheiang Univeristy in China. She has published in the Journal of International Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing and the Journal of Product Innovation of Management.
