王建忠

王建忠 Jianzhong Wang
男，汉族，上海市人，1946年4月出生，1967年于北京大学数学系获得学士学位，1981年于浙江大学获得硕士学位。1967年北大毕业后参加工作，1982年到武大任教至1994年，曾任系副主任。1994年起就职于美国山姆休斯顿州立大学。
从事逼近论、小波分析理论和应用研究，取得一系列重要的研究成果，如拟正交小波基构造等在国内外影响很大，多次负责和参加国家基金科研项目，已发表论文41篇。
