南开以通讯发表化学两刊超过10篇的老师,目前还不是杰青的至少有10人,其中4人拿到了优青。

计算机,控制等信息和技术学科南开发文量非常小和其他学校比,ESI中的CS南开论文数排名很低。
但和南开其他学科一样,发表期刊的IF分布倒挂现象,比如今年计算机学院IF>10的论文数(36篇)略多余IF5-10(30篇),远远多于IF3-5(12篇)。所以总量上来说非常少,按照去年公布的IF。
清华一个博士生博士期间发的论文可能比南开整个学院一年发的还要多。

南开SCI论文数国内排名稳定了好几年,又开始大溃败,和去年相比,论文数占全国比下降10%。
今年中国矿大,江苏大学,北科大,中国石油大学,南方医科大学,兰州大学,暨南大学,南方科大,湖南大学的SCI论文数都超过南开,矿大比南开论文数超过10%还多。正好是南开论文数占比下降速度。
每年ISI收录期刊一更新,南开论文数排名就要下降。到底是规模原因,学科设置不合理,还是其他什么原因?

改革开放后南开数学系本科毕业唯一的院士,王桥就是在武测拿的博士学位。
纯数学要出人头地确实更难,毕业后做数学跨学科应用工作的更多。

都在说北大物理杰青,我查了他们近五年论文,确实他们几乎没发过PRL,但是除了马文君,唐宁的论文,其他几人单看论文都非常好,在其他学校是可以上杰青。马,唐俩也是因为方向的原因吧。

计算机学院今年国家自然科学基金申请表现不错,人工智能学院没达到预期。
附属医院的成果如何,不会还是像去年一样不到5%的资助率吧。

环境学院好差,除了去年吃了顿饺子外。常常是南开项目数和资助率最差的理工学院之一。
奇怪的是环境学院的论文并不差,问题在什么地方?方向面太窄,还是集中在环化?水相关,大气,土壤,固体废物,环境管理、循环经济,环境生态好像没一个强大的。

环境学院今年前九个月发表和已接收的部分论文(按照去年IF>3统计)426篇,另有104篇参与。
南开环境学院发表的这么多论文只能支撑7个面上,2个青年项目。相比较其他学校环境发的论文档次和数量难以想象。

生科院有5个重点真是非常不错,大丰收。
基金委每年青年基金项目总数略多于面上,南开以前都是面上比青年多不少。
各学院的青年基金,会有些博后申请。

南开对新成立的几个交叉一级学科有什么规划?
设计学是南开已经有的,集成电路不管如何是要重视的,区域国别史能否成为南开一个优势学科增长点。
智能好泛和纳米即泛又专,他们的基础课和专业可分别学什么?智能往计算机上靠找工作还好,纳米呢?国家大力支持软件工程,之前要求需成立此专业,为了学科评估好多又撤掉软件工程。

根据新的学科专业目录,艺术学理论和美术学合并成艺术学;设计学成为交叉学科。
心理学
新闻传播学
信息与通信工程
食品科学与工程
植物保护
基础医学
口腔医学
艺术学理论

这次南开的思路非常正确,有的学科可以放在相关学科下作为自设二级学科,各种原因真没必要设一级学科。
科技史前些年就能看出来的。既没有相关产业,又没就业前景,纳米放在材料学院做个二级学科即可。是否设立一级学科看机缘和学科的变化,比如强到随便单独拿出来就是A+。

还有新公布的一级学科党建和纪检监察学呢?正常党史党建学南开应该会设立一级学科?
